How to Order?

1. Select the product you are looking for
2. Get a quote ( special, online or custom)
3. Make sure you specified correct proof and the delivery method.
4. Complete an online payment with your credit card.
5. Upon completion of your payment you will receive the FTP information and instructions about upload of your file
6. Prepare file properly:
   1. File Format - We accept the following MAC or PC file formats: Quark X-Press, Adobe PageMaker, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Macromedia Freehand. We accept EPS (with fonts converted to outlines, curves), JPG, TIFF and PDF (optimized for print)
   2. Bleed: Bleed is Printing that extends to the edge of a sheet or page after trimming. We require bleed of at least 1/8 inch.
   3. Folding: If folding is required, the file should be properly prepared for it.
   Please do not hesitate to call us for details.
   4. Fonts: All the fonts should be converted to outlines or curves where possible. For the situations where it is impossible, include all, screen and printer fonts with our file.
   5. Images: make sure that all the images are includes with the file and converted to CMYK.
   6. Resolution: The standard resolution for high quality printing is 300 DPI. Please make sure that all your images are at least 300 DPI.
   7. Packaging: All the files should be compressed before sending ZIP (for PC) or SIT (for MAC).
   8. Naming: The file name should contain the name of the company/person and the name of the project.
7. Upload File to our FTP server using the instructions you received. As an alternative you can e-mail us the file sales@print-expert.com. The size of the file should not exceed 10MB.
8. After the upload you should receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
9. If the file is fine you will receive proofs in a format you requested (usually within 5-7 business days)
10. Check the proofs carefully.
    1. If the proofs are fine - send us an e-mail with the acceptance.
    2. If there is a problem with the proofs - contact us immediately 1-888-829-9903.
11. When your job is done and shipped we will notify you via e-mail about this.
12. After receiving the order, please contact us via e-mail or 1-888-829-9903 to notify us about arrival of the product and its condition.
